Increase in file size limit for document upload in the e-Submission system (ESS)

The file size limit for each file uploaded to ESS has been increased from 40MB to 100MB. The change takes immediate effect and applies to all submission types under the Publication Related Matters, including Application Proofs and PHIPs.
